Working Day

It's a working day for me. A tough one. The next few weeks are going to be tough. But I'm ready. I'm ready for this uphill battle. Actually, I'm looking forward to it. If you know anything about me, my work, or my life, you'll understand why I'm posting this video.

I really enjoy this song. It puts me in a good mood. Every single time, that I hear this song, I smile. Yes, I do! And since today is going to be a little nuts, I just want to be in a good mood. I hope they play Country Girl, a few times on the radio. Because I need something to keep me going. It's going to be a long day at work, a doctor's appointment, and traveling. Yup, it's going to be a busy one!

New Girl

I'm getting all excited for Fall. For a ton and a half of reasons. The cooler weather, the possibility to go home for a visit, new babies, the fun traveling, and the TV shows. I'm being serious here! There are some good shows coming. Like New Girl...



Yes, I'm excited to see this new FOX show. It just looks like a funny show! One that is totally relatable. And will have my attention. Something that will take my mind off of real life. And isn't that why we watch TV? To forget about our troubles, even for just a few minutes. So I'm anxiously awaiting the Fall lineup. This is one show that I'll be tuning into. How about you?

Mex to the Max

I've got to admit it, I've become a fan of Mex to the Max. One day, I found it on TV, while I was home sick. And I've become a fan. I look forward to watching it every day. I enjoy the music, and the interviews. So there you go. Now you know. I'm a big fan of mi cultura, y mi musica! Now I need to go watch my show. :)

It's Official

Thursday Thunks is no longer. What am I going to use, as inspiration to blog about now? I must find something. 2011 has not been good for Thursday Thunks. Randomly, they have posted. But it's official, they're now retired.

But I think I'll continue to blog on Thursdays. It's become my "Day on the Blog." Like Miss ♥D blogs on Sunday. It's all about her, on Sundays. I'm not over stepping that. Mostly because that's my most hectic day at work.

What do I blog about now? I welcome any and all ideas. Maybe I'll find some other interesting "Thursday Thing." I don't know. We'll see. Until then, I leave you with this YouTube video. I'm going to go brainstorm. D

Stand By Your Man

I'm almost positive, when I say this, we're both happy to see D's "Professional Year," come to an end. Well, pretty much, come to an end. It's been a tough year. In so many ways! He's taken it personally. Like if all the failures, were directly his fault. I've told him over and over, it's a team effort. And when something breaks down, or fails, the entire team needs to take responsibility.

With that said, I'm very proud of D. And all that he's accomplished. Like I said, it was a tough year. But he's had some outstanding days. Days that he should be very proud of. Because not many people, ever get the opportunity, to accomplish those same things.

As the traveling slows, and the "other" work begins, I'm pretty sure, we're both happy. Yes, we both enjoy D's job. And the traveling. But by this time of year, we're just happy to go home, get in our pjs, and crawl into bed. Yes, it's been an amazing year! But we're looking forward to some downtime. Through it all, I'll be right here, next to D. Standing proud. D, I'm so PROUD of you, and I LOVE YOU!
